Beef Cutlets Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs and water together.
  2. Dip beef into egg mix, one at a time, then into bread crumbs, coating well.
  3. Heat a large frying pan.
  4. Add in sufficient extra virgin olive oil to about 1/4 inch deep.
  5. Fry cutlets till well browned on both sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Add in more oil when frying if necessary.
