Beef Cutlets Recipe
- 1 lb Beef Cutlets, thinly sliced
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 3 c. Italian Bread Crumbs, more in needed Extra virgin olive oil, for frying
- Beat Large eggs and water together.
- Dip beef into egg mix, one at a time, then into bread crumbs, coating well.
- Heat a large frying pan.
- Add in sufficient extra virgin olive oil to about 1/4 inch deep.
- Fry cutlets till well browned on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Add in more oil when frying if necessary.
