  1. Mix all ingredients together in a plastic container or resealable bag.
  2. Mix.
  3. Combine 1/3 cup of the mixture with equal amount of milk or water.
  4. Refridgerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, combine with yogurt and eat cold or microwave for a hot breakfast.
  6. Can store the rest of the mix in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
