German Goulash

  1. cut up sausage into large bite size pieces, put it in a large dutch oven or in the crockpot.
  2. Add potatoes and cans of beans (with juice.)
  3. Add cayenne pepper and seasoned salt to taste.
  4. I add about 1 teaspoon of cayenne because we like it a little spicier.
  5. Then just cook until potatoes are done.
  6. When I put it in the crockpot I do low for about 8 hours or high for about 3.
  7. On the stove it can be made in less than 30minutes.
