German Goulash
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa (I like Eckrich brand)
- 4 -5 potatoes, and cubed large (peeled)
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cut green beans
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- seasoning salt
- cut up sausage into large bite size pieces, put it in a large dutch oven or in the crockpot.
- Add potatoes and cans of beans (with juice.)
- Add cayenne pepper and seasoned salt to taste.
- I add about 1 teaspoon of cayenne because we like it a little spicier.
- Then just cook until potatoes are done.
- When I put it in the crockpot I do low for about 8 hours or high for about 3.
- On the stove it can be made in less than 30minutes.
