Herbed Beef Kabobs Recipe
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 sm. bay leaf
- 3/4 pound mushrooms
- 2 green peppers
- 1 pound chuck, cut into cubes
- Combine first ten ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling point and cold.
- Cut meat and green pepper into squares and add in them, with mushrooms, to the mix.
- Cover and let stand in refrigerator 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Put on skewers.
- Cook over slow-burning charcoal fire 20-25 min or possibly till meat and vegetables are tender.
