Midwestern Biscuits And Gravy Recipe

  1. Brown hamburger in frying pan till slightly crispy.
  2. (It's important which the hamburger is crispy in this recipe).
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Mix flour into hamburger till hamburger is coated.
  5. In a bowl mix together lowfat milk and water; gradually add in to hamburger, stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in beef bouillon, salt and pepper.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve over biscuits.
