Pineapple Cooler

• 46 ounces pineapple juice unsweetened
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 6 ounces orange juice concentrate, frozen
• 10 ounces soda water chilled
• 1 x mint sprigs as desired

1. Mix juices and frozen orange juice concentrate.
2. Chill.
3. Add chilled club soda immediately before serving.
4. Serve over ice in tall glasses with straws.
5. Garnish each serving with a sprig of mint, if desired.
