Reuben Spread

• 1 (10 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
• 12 lb corned beef, chopped
• 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
• 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread, sliced
• assorted cracker (Rye Krisps are great)

1. Place all ingredients except bread and crackers in a medium saucepan and heat until melted together.
2. Serve warm spread on pumpermickel slices and/or crackers.
