Dilled Carrots and Snow Peas

  1. Peel carrots and cut into 2-inch matchsticks.
  2. Trim snow peas.
  3. Set each aside separately.
  4. In a medium saucepan of boiling water, cook carrots 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  5. Add snow peas and cook 1 minute longer.
  6. Drain, return vegetables to the pan.
  7. Toss with butter until butter is melted.
  8. Toss with dill until well coated.
  9. Serve hot.
