Crab Gratin Made in a Crab Shell
- 130 grams Flaked crab meat
- 50 grams Macaroni
- 300 ml Milk
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 1/2 Onion
- 20 grams Butter
- 25 grams Cake flour
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Pizza cheese
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 3 Crab shells
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Boil macaroni in salted water.
- Put butter in a pan, and saute the onion.
- When it has wilted, scatter cake flour, mix together lightly, and turn the heat down to low.
- When the flouriness is gone, add the milk little by little while mixing.
- Continue mixing until the milk is thickened, then add the soup stock granules.
- When the sauce comes to a boil add the cream, crab meat and macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the mixture into the crab shells.
- Make lines on top with the mayonnaise, and scatter on pizza cheese.
- Put the crab shells on a baking sheet, and bake in a 480F/250C oven until browned.
- Scatter with parsley and it's done.
