Supreme Chicken Casserole
- 8 slices dried bread, cubed
- 2 c. diced chicken (use one chicken)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. pimento
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 can onion rings
- Butter casserole dish generously.
- Place 1/2 bread cubes in bottom of casserole dish.
- Combine chicken, celery, pimento, salt, pepper and salad dressing.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Cover with remaining cubes.
- Combine milk and eggs.
- Pour over cubes.
- Chill overnight.
- Before baking, pour soup over mixture.
- Bake covered for 40 minutes at 325u0b0.
- Uncover.
- Add cheese and bake 10 minutes. Add onion rings.
- Bake 10 minutes.
