Chicken Primavera with Pasta
- 1/4 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, milk and seasonings until blended.
- Cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min.
- or until done.
- Add vegetables; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Add cream cheese mixture; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to chicken mixture; toss to evenly coat.
