Taco Soup

• 1 lb ground chuck, cooked and rinsed
• 1 lb red kidney beans or 1 lb black kidney bean
• 2 (8 ounce) cans shoe peg corn
• 1 (4 ounce) package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
• 2 cups water
• 1 (8 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
• 1 (8 ounce) diced tomatoes

1. Mix and cook 30 minutes.
2. One cup of Taco Soup equals 2 points.
