Cappuccino Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 envelope GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEES Cappuccino, any flavor
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and cappuccino in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs and milk; mix until well blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 325F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Helpful Hint: Soften cream cheese in microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds.
