Herbed Bubble Bread Recipe
- 2 (1 lb.) loaves of frzn bread
- 1 cube butter
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight.
- Allow it to rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Knead both loaves into 1 ball and cut into 25 pcs.
- Shape into balls.
- Heat butter and add in herbs; mixing well.
- Dip dough balls in butter mix and place in a bundt pan.
- Cover and let rise in a hot place till double in size.
- Bake for 30 to 40 min in 350 degree oven.
- Cold for 5 - 10 min and serve hot.
- Serves 12.
