Creamy Roasted Winter Vegetable Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Toss vegetables with oil and seasonings; spread into 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  3. or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 25 min.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl.
  6. Add mayo and dressing; toss to coat.
  7. Cover.
  8. Refrigerate until chilled.
