Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0. Cook ground beef and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until ground beef is brown.
  2. Drain and stir in Italian seasoning and spaghetti sauce.
  3. Heat to boiling and remove from heat.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup beef mixture in saucepan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches or 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
  5. Top with 2 lasagna noodles.
  6. Spread 1/3 of the cottage cheese over beef noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  8. Repeat layers twice.
  9. Bake about 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
