Chocolaty Pecan Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium bowl beat butter and sugars until creamy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time and then beat in vanilla.
  4. Add all other ingredients to the bowl.
  5. Mix just until all the dry ingredients are incorporated (do not overmix).
  6. Place wax paper on 2 cookie sheets.
  7. Roll teaspoon fulls of dough into small balls and place on prepared cookie sheets 1 inch apart.
  8. Bake separately for 10-12 minutes (do not overbake).
  9. Enjoy!
