Tangy Beef Wrap
- 50 each flour tortillas (12 inch)
- 1 gal. KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing
- 300 to 400 each Fresh spinach leaves
- - roast beef, sliced
- 3 qt. red onions, thinly sliced
- 3 qt. roasted red peppers, quartered
- 1-1/2 qt. Toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
- For each serving: Spread 1 side of tortilla with 1/4 cup of the dressing; cover with 1 oz.
- of the spinach leaves, 4 oz.
- of the beef, 1/4 cup of the onions and 1/4 cup of the peppers.
- Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
- of the walnuts.
- Fold sides of tortillas in 2 inches; roll up tightly from bottom.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
