Tangy Beef Wrap

  1. For each serving: Spread 1 side of tortilla with 1/4 cup of the dressing; cover with 1 oz.
  2. of the spinach leaves, 4 oz.
  3. of the beef, 1/4 cup of the onions and 1/4 cup of the peppers.
  4. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
  5. of the walnuts.
  6. Fold sides of tortillas in 2 inches; roll up tightly from bottom.
  7. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
