Black Bean & Tomato Pocket

  1. Place beans, tomatoes and avocado in a small bowl.
  2. Pour dressing over mixture; fold gently.
  3. Cut tops from pitas; stuff 1/4 of the mixture inside each pita.
  4. Enjoy an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person with the meal.
