- 1 cup berries frozen, any combination
- 1 cup yogurt, non-fat
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam or 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a blender add all ingredients and puree until smooth and drinkable.
