Roger's Scampi

  1. Shell and devein prawns; rinse and drain.
  2. Melt butter in medium skillet; add olive oil, garlic, basil and oregano and lemon juice.
  3. Saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add prawns and cook until pink.
  5. Add salt and pepper and liqueur and cook on high until liquid is reduced by 3/4.
  6. Serve over pasta or rice.
