Bistro Steak

  1. Pour dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn steak over to evenly coat both sides.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade.
  6. Discard marinade.
  7. Grill steak 13 to 16 min.
  8. or to medium doneness (160F), turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
