Easy Chinese at Home: Stir-fried Pork and Aubergine with Soy Sauce

  1. Marinate the pork with the ingredients.
  2. Cut the pork and green pepper roughly and slice the Japanese leek diagonally.
  3. Mix Step 1 with katakuriko.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, ginger and pork and fry.
  5. Add the aubergine to Step 3 and fry.
  6. After the aubergine is cooked through add the green pepper and cook.
  7. Season with the ingredients and at the end sprinkle with sesame oil to give the aroma to the dish.
  8. This is the Shaoxing wine I used here.
