Blackberry Peach Cooler Recipe
- 2 c. Oregon blackberries fresh or possibly frzn
- 1 can peach nectar (12 ounce.)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (to 4 tbsps.)
- 16 ounce crushed ice approximately sparkling mineral water optional
- Crush/purae berries and strain through a fine sieve to yield approximately 1 c. purae.
- (If berries are frzn, partially thaw before crushing.)
- Combine purae with remaining ingredients, stir and pour into chilled glasses.
- Sparkling mineral water makes a nice addition and may be added to glasses if you like.
