Bean And Turkey Soup
- 4 c. chopped cooked turkey breast
- 2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
- 2 (15 oz.) cans red beans, rinsed
- 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot; bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, two hours.
- Serves 6.
