The Versatile Zesty Deviled Egg/Egg Salad Recipe
- 12 whole Eggs
- 4 Tablespoons Zesty Italian Dressing ( Any Brand)
- 3 Tablespoons Real Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- Place eggs in a pot, cover with water.
- Boil 15 20 minutes.
- Drain , then fill the pot with cold water.
- Let sit 5 minutes; peel.
- Slice eggs lengthwise in half and remove yolks to a separate cereal bowl .
- Place the whites of the eggs on an egg platter.
- Mash yolks with a fork or dough blender tool.
- Add mayo or Miracle Whip and Italian dressing; mix well with a fork.
- Spoon into white halves; sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill till ready to eat.
- I also use 18 eggs, adjusting the ingredients in this recipe to make homemade eggs salad.
- Just chop the whites and add to the yolk mixture.
- Serve on your favorite buns or bread, or salad.
- You may also add chopped onion, peppers, etc.
