Pizza Divine
- 1 3/4 box rotini pasta
- 2 each jarred pasta sauce, I used Prego Heart smart red bell pepper
- 32 oz shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope mini pepperoni
- Preheat oven to 350
- Boil pasta according to the package.
- Drain well.
- Brown up ground beef until no longer pink.
- Drain.
- Add sauce and let simmer.
- Remove sauce from heat.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- In casserole dish, layer half the pasta mix on bottom.
- Top with half the cheese.
- Top with remaining pasta.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle mini pepperoni on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
