Good Roast Beef Recipe

• 3 pound roast beef
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 12 ounce. beer
• 4 tbsp. sweet basil
• 1 c. ketchup

1. Take fork and poke holes all over roast.
2. Stir brown sugar and sweet basil in beer, then add in ketchup.
3. Stir till diluted.
4. Pour over top of roast.
5. Cover, bake in slow 300 degree oven, approximately 3 hrs.
6. Check according to your oven.
