Boston Creme Pie Recipe

  1. Follow package instructions to make layer cake.
  2. Make pudding with lowfat milk; cover with wax paper and chill.
  3. Whip cream and fold into pudding to make custard.
  4. When cake is completely cold, spread custard on bottom layer except for 1/2 inch all around edge.
  5. There will be more than sufficient.
  6. Add in the top layer of cake and spread chocolate frosting on top.
  7. Chill.
  8. Serves 8.
