Grilled Shrimp
- 4 cloves Garlic, Roasted
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Dried Mint Leaves, Divided
- 17 whole Raw Shrimp
- 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
- 6 teaspoons Cold Water
- 1 teaspoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- Start preparing a day in advance.
- Crush the garlic cloves with a fork.
- Mix in the oil and the 1 teaspoon of dried mint then add the raw shrimp and let marinate overnight.
- In another bowl with a cover, mix all the sauce ingredients (fish sauce, water, Hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, maple syrup and lime juice) and keep in the fridge till the next day.
- When youre ready to eat them the next day, start the grill or heat your pan and cook your shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
