Cocoa Hugs Squares

• 6 cups Cocoa Puffs cereal
• 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
• 40 large marshmallows
• 1 (11 1/2 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
• 24 hugs white chocolate kisses

1. Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside.
2. In a microwave-safr bowl, combine the butter and marshmallows.
3. Microwave, uncovered on high for 3 minutes; stir.
4. Continue cooking until smooth, stirring every minute.
5. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
6. Pour over cereal; stir until well coated.
7. spread evenly in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
8. Arrange kisses in rows over the top.
9. Cool before cutting.
