Chuck Wagon Beans
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 finely chopped celery
- 2/3 c. beef broth (bouillon)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- bacon bits (optional)
- 3 cans pork and beans
- Cook and stir ground beef, onions and celery until meat is brown and

- tender;
- drain.
- Combine
- all
- other ingredients, except
- bacon
- bits.
- Stir
- into ground beef mixture. Pour into
- large baking pan.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits. Cover. Bake at 350u0b0
- for
- 1
- hour and 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 12 cups.
