Granny's Biscuits Recipe

  1. Pour flour into large bowl.
  2. Make a well in middle of flour and add in lowfat milk, lard, soda, and baking pwdr.
  3. Using hands fold in all the above ingredients using sufficient of the flour to make a sticky dough.
  4. Then knead into a soft ball.
  5. Healthy pinch out biscuits and roll between palms keeping hands floured to make biscuits about the size of a soup can top.
  6. Makes about 12 medium size biscuits.
  7. Bake at 500 degrees for 5-8 min.
