Baked Ziti Pasta
- 6 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 container (475 g) part-skim ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
- Mix pasta sauce, ricotta and reserved cooking water in large bowl.
- Add pasta and 1/2 cup mozzarella; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan; cover.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
