Cornbread Stuffing Meatloaf with BBQ-A.1. Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  3. Mix 1-1/2 cups stuffing with all remaining ingredients except steak sauce and barbecue sauce just until blended.
  4. Divide meat mixture into thirds.
  5. Press 1/3 of meat mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with 1/2 of the remaining stuffing.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Top with remaining meat mixture.
  8. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  9. or until done (165 degrees F).
  10. Meanwhile, cook steak sauce and barbecue sauce in saucepan on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Serve with meatloaf.
