Cornbread Stuffing Meatloaf with BBQ-A.1. Sauce
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
- Mix 1-1/2 cups stuffing with all remaining ingredients except steak sauce and barbecue sauce just until blended.
- Divide meat mixture into thirds.
- Press 1/3 of meat mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with 1/2 of the remaining stuffing.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining meat mixture.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, cook steak sauce and barbecue sauce in saucepan on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with meatloaf.
