Frozen Strawberry-Mango Margaritas

  1. In a blender combine tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, sugar, mango chunks, and strawberries.
  2. Cover; blend until smooth.
  3. With the blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid until mixture becomes slushy.
  4. Pour mixture into glasses.
  5. Makes 5 (6-ounce) servings.
  6. *Note: Seed, peel, and cube 2 medium mangoes.
  7. Place cubes in a single layer in a shallow baking pan lined with plastic wrap.
  8. Cover and freeze 1 hour.
  9. Transfer to a freezer bag or container for longer storage.
  10. Makes about 2 cups.
