Frozen Strawberry-Mango Margaritas
- 12 cup gold tequila (oro)
- 13 cup orange liqueur
- 14 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2 cups ice cubes
- In a blender combine tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, sugar, mango chunks, and strawberries.
- Cover; blend until smooth.
- With the blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid until mixture becomes slushy.
- Pour mixture into glasses.
- Makes 5 (6-ounce) servings.
- *Note: Seed, peel, and cube 2 medium mangoes.
- Place cubes in a single layer in a shallow baking pan lined with plastic wrap.
- Cover and freeze 1 hour.
- Transfer to a freezer bag or container for longer storage.
- Makes about 2 cups.
