Blueberry Cream Flan Recipe

  1. In food processor or possibly mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, margarine, egg whites and vanilla; mix well.
  2. Press into bottom of 10 inch square cake pan, springform or possibly flan pan, sprinkle with blueberries.
  3. Topping: In bowl, sprinkle flour over yogurt.
  4. Add in egg, sugar, rind and vanilla; mix till smooth.
  5. Pour over berries.
  6. Bake in 350/180 oven for 60-70 min or possibly till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  8. Low Fat 5 points
  9. NOTES : Yummy!
  10. No one ever guesses which yogurt is the topping!
