Easy bbq chicken sandwich

  1. trim fat and skin from chicken
  2. layer chicken, onions, and sauce in a 9 by 13 pan
  3. cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour and then uncover and bake for 30 more minutes
  4. use two fields to shred neat and serve on buns our over rice
