Vickys Strawberry & Kiwi Smoothie, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
- 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
- 4 strawberries, hulled
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 1 maple syrup or agave nectar to taste
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
