Good Potatoes

• 1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
• 12 cup melted butter
• 2 cups half-and-half
• salt
• 4 ounces parmesan cheese

1. Mix all ingredients together except the cheese.
2. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
3. Bake 60-90 minutes at 325-350F.
4. Baking time is important.
