Swedish Venison Burgers
- 1 pound Venison (pre-ground With Pork Fat)
- 1 Tablespoon Capers
- 2 Tablespoons Spicy Bread And Butter Pickles, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Dill
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider
- 1 Tablespoon Steak Or Grill Seasoning
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Crushed Whole Wheat Cracker Or Bread Crumbs
- 4 cups Baby Arugula
- 4 Tablespoons Goat Cheese Crumbled
- 4 Tablespoons Pomegranate Arils
- 1 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients (venison through bread crumbs) by hand, until thoroughly combined.
- Form into 4 large patties.
- Cover and let them stand until ready to use.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Once its hot add the patties.
- Grill them for 6-10 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred temperature.
- Serve patties on top of a bed of arugula, topped with goat cheese, pomegranate arils and black pepper.
