Swedish Venison Burgers

  1. In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients (venison through bread crumbs) by hand, until thoroughly combined.
  2. Form into 4 large patties.
  3. Cover and let them stand until ready to use.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Once its hot add the patties.
  6. Grill them for 6-10 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred temperature.
  7. Serve patties on top of a bed of arugula, topped with goat cheese, pomegranate arils and black pepper.
