Homemade Fresh Salsa

• 2 cups chopped tomatoes
• 1 small white onion, finely diced
• 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
• Salt

1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve with chips and guacamole or with the Quick Quesadillas.
