Easy Lasagna

  1. Peel skins from sausage and brown in large pot.
  2. Use a potato masher to easily mash into chunks.
  3. Drain sausage and rinse in hot water to remove excess fat.
  4. Put sausage back into pot and add both jars of sauce.
  5. Heat until bubbly.
  6. Spread a layer of sauce on bottom of 9x14 pan.
  7. Begin layering the ingredients in this order: lasagna, ricotta, sauce, parmesan, mozerella.
  8. End with a layer of mozerella.
  9. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
