Rhubarb Pudding Cake With Sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup cream
- Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl.
- (Sugar, flour, baking powder, soda, salt).
- Add egg, sour milk, and rhubarb - stirring only until mixed.
- Pour into 8 x 8 baking pan.
- Topping.
- Mix brown sugar & butter and cover cake mixture.
- Place iun oven and bake for 35 - 40 minutes on 350.
- Sauce.
- Mix sugar, butter and cream in saucepan.
- Bring to boil.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Serve hot over cake.
