Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 1 can Pumpkin
- 1 cup Brown rice flour
- 1 cup Quick oats
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 2 tbsp Stevia
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1 Vanilla
- 1 Allspice
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 2/3 cup Chocolate chips
- Stir together then pour into buttered cupcake pans.
- Your pans should make 12 muffins
- Cook at 350 for 25 minutes
- Remove from the oven and enjoy
