Chili

  1. Brown meat together.
  2. About half way through browning, add onion and bell pepper.
  3. Drain grease from meat mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into large stockpot.
  5. Add all other ingredients.
  6. Bring slowly to a boil.
  7. Simmer for at least an hour.
  8. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and oyster crackers.
  9. Yields approx. 15-20 bowls.
  10. Freezes well.
