Copy Cat Macaroni Grill Roasted Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 cup virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp roasted garlic
- Combine the vinegar, honey, salt, and roasted garlic in a blender or food processor.
- Puree until the ingredients form a paste.
- With the blender or food processor still running, add the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- *To roast garlic, place an unpeeled bulb of garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap tightly.
- Roast in a preheated 400F oven for about 45 minutes, until soft.
- Unwrap and allow to cool.
- Peel the cloves and squeeze out the pulp.
