Cheesy Ham & Bacon-Stuffed BBQ Meatloaf
- 2 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 15 saltine crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 6 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
- 1/4 lb. OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, onions, garlic, pepper and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended.
- Pat meat mixture into 11x8-1/2-inch rectangle on sheet of waxed pepper; top with cheese, ham and bacon, spreading ingredients to within 1-1/2 inches of edges.
- Roll up tightly, starting at one short side and pulling away waxed paper as meat is rolled.
- Place, seam side down, on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 48 to 50 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 40 min.
- Remove from oven.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before slicing to serve.
