Cheesy Beef & Pasta Skillet

  1. Cook meat with onions, cumin and chili powder in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or until meat is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add tomatoes, water, pasta and peppers; stir.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  6. Simmer 18 to 20 min.
  7. or until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  8. Stir in VELVEETA; cook 2 min.
  9. or until melted, stirring occasionally.
  10. Sprinkle with cilantro.
