Waldorf Astoria Stew Recipe

• 2 pound stewing beef
• 2 med. onions, sliced
• 1 c. celery, diced in lg. pcs
• 3 carrots, bite size
• 4 potatoes, lg. bite size

1. Layer ingredients in the order given in a large casserole or possibly roasting pan.
2. Sprinkle with:

stewing beef, onions, celery, carrots, potatoes
